Hello World. Hello Machine Learning!

He gonna be my machine learning teacher. That's so great.

First, what's machine learning?
Hmm...

Machine learning is a type of artificial intelligence (AI) that provides computers with the ability to learn without being explicitly programmed. Machine learning focuses on the development of computer programs that can change when exposed to new data. … Both systems search through data to look for patterns.

And why do I decided to learn about it?
After watched this video I want to build for myself something awesome.....and useful. Something look like have AI inside :)





I want to know how it works, how can they train their "bot" to become smart and thinkable like that, 
And then, I'm in. I am exploring the field out of personal interest. I intend to make this publication a catalog of series of blogs in machine learning that would help you to kick start into field leading to the advanced stage.

Week 1
Introduction to Machine Learning, Concepts & Applications
Introduction to Project 1: Building a music genre detection system


Week 2
Classification: Supervised Learning & Techniques, Feature Learning/Selection
Project 1 contd.: Music Information Retrieval + Integrating music genre detection with online web services / data scraping


Week 3
Introduction to Natural Language Processing: Bag of Words, TF-IDF
Introduction to Project 2: Sentiment Analysis from Song Lyrics


Week 4
Classification: Unsupervised Learning & Techniques, NLP: Doc2Vec
Project 2 contd: Combining sentiment analysis from lyrics with genre detection from Project 1 to build a complete music recommendation system


Week 5
Demo week: Students work on & present final projects of their own!

In the end, you should be able to build a machine learning application of your choice, such as an application that makes movie recommendations, or an application that can detect spam in email, can classify restaurant reviews, etc. It just depends on what you are interested in :)
